I'm glad it's the end of the year. I need to start over.

Tonight was fun. I crossed a big highway and I didn't pee in my pants. And no one had to carry me across. I met Zac, who is very cool, and I had a spiced chai this time instead of hot chocolate. It crusted on the inside of my mug. We played a fun game of scrabble until the thing got messed up. We had words like.. 'emo', 'peta', 'potroast', and 'die' (which was above 'peta' and it looked like 'die peta' and it was funny). There was a gay guy with a cool shirt.. and there was a man playing chess all by himself.

Stefanie, I love your new hair cut!!! It's really really looking like hot. I wish my hair was able to have some other style.. I'm getting sick of the same old poof. I'm sorry you can't come tomorrow.. I will miss you loads. And I'm also sorry if I was being a butt on the phone when you called to say you couldn't come. I felt like I was after.. and I apologize. Anyway.. I love you and we need to hang out again soon. After New Years.

I need to say something to a certain person, one who probably wont read this. He hasn't updated his journal for a while.. and maybe I'll tell him these same words when he's online some other time.

You are one of the most sincere people I know. I envy you for it. I always wish I could be more appreciative of the little things in life, and really, really show it. I think about it a lot, how the things everyone takes for granted are the most important in life. You believe in a lot of things, and you're not affraid to stand up for them. I wish I was more like that. You appreciate the people you have in your life, and you really let them know how much you do. If the world had more people like you in it, I don't think it would be how it was today.

I'm looking foward to the trip this summer. I hope I will get to know you a lot better during it. You are just an awesome awesome person. Thank you.

I just spent the last 4 hours of my life watching half-naked Russian men (Bruce, Bruce, and Bruce were what my Uncle called them.) balance on their heads and touch each other inappropriately!

It was a freak show circus.. it was quite amusing though, with my brother and his friend making stupid comments, and when everyone would applaud, they would keep on clapping long after it died down, until my Dad reached over me and smacked my brother in the head. The whole thing reminded me of this nightmare I had once when I was about 8.. a crazy lady singing in some unknown language, flashing lights and poofy things everywhere..

I did get a Twix bar out of it though.
And a few Skittles.

I am miserable.
My nose is running.. and I've sneezed about 50 times in the last ten minutes.. but I am listening to some really good music.. Her Space Holiday. I have no idea how I found them.. but they sound like The Postal Service.. and Death Cab.. and reading their biography.. They did some stuff with Bright Eyes and REM.. they're really really good. I actually think it's just one guy.. clickclickclickclick!!1

I downloaded some of their stuff (bwahaha..) some really good songs are Tech Romance.. and From South Carolina.. I think the ones they have playing on the site are not the full songs.. but you get the idea.

I really want to write a song for piano.. But I have neither the patience nor talent.. Once I get my new KEYBOARD (!!!!!!) hooked up to Garage Band.. I can play around with it.. but that will have to wait until I feel a lot better than this. I am going to take a nap.

We went to church at midnight on Christmas Eve.. and I was exhaused yesterday... we probably wont do that again next year.. and then also yesterday I got a call from Stefanie and it made me smile. <3

New World!!!! was!!! so!!! good!!!! I love that place!! Good times with Alex and Rach, doing like.. 15 words off the crossword puzzle, The Postal Service playing, and in Blockbuster.. and Jesus signing my yearbook, haha... I definitely want to go back soon. (And get some Spiced Chai, haha.. I had hot chocolate this time, which was very good)

So yeah.. no school tomorrow.. and it rocks. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, I have absolutely nothing to worry about, except getting Christmas presents for my Dad, which is a lot eaiser to deal with then say.. failing some crap test I haven't studied for. It's awesome. Next semester is going to suck though.. I have all my hard classes.

So now I'm talking to Kevin, Aaron, and Adam on the phone thing for iChat. Funfunfun.

So, I think I might have been able to scrape an A on my Biology exam. It was fairly easy.. We did absolutely nothing in art, except glaze my box. And it was lots of fun talking to everyone. Although it kind of pissed me off.. (begin rant.. now) because this woman seriously has no idea how to end the semester.. my reflection drawing was still in the showcase, so I had to go back after Biology and see if I could get it, which I couldn't because she wasn't there and you need a key to open it.. and also some people's boxes didn't even get fired yet.. she's so unorganized.. She expects us to try real hard and do this stuff, but we can't because she doesn't have her act together.. at all. She's a horrible teacher and needs to be fired. And I think many people would agree. Now I have to go back to that damn class to pick up my box (whenever the hell she gets it fired.. I glazed it today - the last day I'm supposed to be in that class, ever) and my reflection drawing.. and she's all.. "Are you doing anything in your other classes tomorrow? Maybe you can come during one of them.." Haha.. what's her deal? We were also supposed to do this wire sculpture as our exam grade, but obviously we never got to do that.. so thats that. (end rant)

It was really like.. 14 degrees outside this morning.. it needs to be snowing.

Got home at 12:00.. and Stef and I went to Quizno's on a date (bwahahaa).. And I'm definitely boycotting that Harris Teeter because THEY DON'T SELL JOLLY RANCHERS. What's up with that?

Need to go over a little Geometry.. and Tech crap.. but it's only 3:00! Half-days kick my ass.

AFI, man.. I haven't listened to this CD in forevveerr. This kid Danny in the 8th grade burned me a copy of 'The Art of Drowning' and I bought 'Sing the Sorrow' when it came out.. it's so freaking old.. but I know every word.

So anyway.. today was blah. I went shopping with my Dad which was fun, I haven't spent time with him in a while.. and we went to McDonald's to eat lunch.. and we bought Christmas presents for my Mom...

Hopefully I'll get to do something later tonight, it's only 4:30.. I'm extra bored right now...

Wow, I definitely didn't notice my cat sleeping in my big green chair until just now.. and when I turned back around, I noticed the HOMIIEZZ on top of my computer screen and bursted out laughing.. bwahahaa..

Today was the last day of class.. Wasn't much different than any other days of class.. Rach brought me some really good smelling bubbly bath stuff, and she made me a big sign! Yay! And I made her one too but, SHE WILL NEVER FIND IT!! ha ha!

I really like Tripping Daisy. Thanks Aaron and Kevin. (And also thanks for trying (because I know you died, haha) to save me in the Mario/Pokemon-type game you were playing.. talking to you guys through the phone-thing was grand. It was like I was really there.. maybe in the body of the Penguin. <3)
Stefanie and I had a grand (that's the second time I've used that word today.. hmm) old time.. not terrorizing the neighborhood and most definitely not buying socks or the Postal Service CD.

Isn't it weird how certain songs just lift your mood?
I was walking home from the bus stop, and I felt the happiest I had ever felt in my life.
The wind was blowing, and it was a little cloudy.. the best kind of clouds too.. the big puffy white ones with a few grey ones scattered around.. and the sun was shining.. and I was listening to 'Hey Sandy' by Polaris.. and it was just grand.. I felt like I need to stop walking and enjoy the moment. I got home too soon.

I am officially a new fan of Blind Melon. Hellz yeah.
